In order to begin production on your order, please follow the steps below and review our Terms and Conditions before placing an order. Step 1: Submit an Inquiry

Visit our website and browse through our extensive range of dental, beauty, surgical, eye, and single-use instruments. When you find a products you’re interested in, click the “Make an Inquiry” button on the product page to fill out a contact form. Alternatively, you can email us directly at email.firmnessindustries@gmail.com with your specific requirements, including any customization details and the quantity needed. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with a detailed quote and any additional information you may need.

Step 2: Review and Confirm Your Order

Once you receive our response with the quote, review the details carefully. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please reach out to our team. When you are ready to proceed, confirm your order by replying to the email. Be sure to include the following information:

  • Required delivery date

Step 3: Make Payment

After receiving your order confirmation, we will send you an invoice with payment instructions. Please review the invoice and choose your preferred payment method from the options below:
